I tend to the matters at hand and let him deal with the big stuff.
Not the easiest thing to do but when you exercise your faith muscles it does become easier. When the time is right the Lord will reveal it. Will the change be a comfortable one or will it be another growing pain to endure as the last one was?
All I know is that the Lord will walk with me and it is up to me to trust in Him.
Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.
Psalm 92:2 Proclaiming your love in the morning and your faithfulness at night.
Don't be cast down...in a foot cast that is.
My daughter injured her foot last Fall playing softball. It's been a challenge getting the problem corrected.
She started the process in a boot cast, then went to crutches keeping her completely off her foot but still it continued to present a problem.
Finally an MRI was ordered to see if anything else was going on and it only showed she has an extra bone in her in step that is 'angry' and creates a chronic pain. So today we took the next step to correct the situation, a full foot cast.
We are in the last week of summer break and school begins next Monday, August 4th...ugh! What a way to start school. Four weeks to totally immobilize her foot to allow it to heal, hopefully this will take care of it...next recommendation if this does not solve it...surgery. That is the absolute last resort. We are praying...Let's hope for the best.
It has earned her a pedicure and a colorful cast to at least endure this time of inconvenience and has earned her a place in the 'cousin cast club'. Hope the start of school goes better for your children.
