A Mother's Story...
There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under The heavens.
Ecclesiastes 3:1
My Beginnings![]() Growing up in an environment of a Christian work at home mother at a time when working from home was not considered normal, instilled a foundation of faith, family and work ethic.
My mother struggled through her hardships and overcame the voices that were saying that what she was doing was wrong. Knowing her core values she did it anyway and found her own voice. This woman knew her mind, did what had to be done and showed me that women can be strong, ethical and still enjoy the simple things of home life. Where I am Now![]() Coming to understand this foundation that started in me long ago, plus adding my own life experiences and struggles has contributed to the person I am today.
A child of Christ, a wife, a mother, a friend, a teacher and a coach to those looking for their way. The Next Chapter![]() My children's ages now range from secondary to high school.
My oldest graduates high school this year and my youngest has just started middle school. I can already feel the empty nesting coming on. So I am working to prepare myself for the next chapter of my life; kids growing more independent and leaving home. Raising my children has been my primary job and focus, and I'm taking on a new role every day. It will mean learning how to function differently for myself. I'm not sure where this will lead, where it will end and exactly how the road will be traveled, but what I do know is that I feel equipped to travel the journey of the new chapter of my life leaning on the Lord. Where Are You?![]() Where are you in your life's journey?
Your faith, family, life's experiences and struggles are all core factors in your story. Are you on solid footing? Do you know what your next chapter is and are you prepared to enter? Do you hear your voice? Do you have a support system in place? If you answer no to any of these questions, I would like to help you prepare yourself for your journey whether you're just beginning or in the middle of it. The hardest part is admitting when you need help. You may stretch yourself until you can't stretch any further and then snap. Let's catch it before you do. May I Help?![]() I invite you to look around. See what you find.
That's pretty safe. If you find something that you feel I can help you with then I invite you to schedule a free 15 minute session with me. Let's see how I can best serve you. There's never any obligation, only a friendly voice that will walk with you in your exploration to begin your new journey. |
